Hooley is the owner and founder of Bartel & Company Realtors/Auctioneers, a full service Real Estate and Auction firm founded in 1988. Craig B. Blough is a Broker and Auctioneer at Bartel and Company, and the owner and founder of Bartel & Company of Michigan. Both Craig and Brad are also farmers and owners of farmland in Elkhart County, IN. Bartel & Company successfully sells real estate of all types at public auction including Farms, Land, Industrial Buildings, Office Buildings, and Homes. Bartel and Company is a broker for farm land leases, brokering leases for over 1000 acres of tillable land each year. Brad B. Hooley is the Owner and Operator of the Hooley Classic Car Auctions. Annual events with nationwide exposure held spring and fall with over 100 cars at each auction, with cars priced between $5000 and $100,000 each. Brad is also the Founder and former owner of the Goshen Consignment Auctions. A Spring and Fall Event Auction, attracting over 4000 attendees. This Auction was sold as an on-going business to The Peddlers Auction Group in 2015. Brad B. Hooley was the Developer and Manager of The Summit and Farmington Subdivisions in Middlebury, Indiana. Both projects are upscale neighborhoods with home prices between $400,000 and $1,200,000. The developments hosted the Elkhart County Builders Association Parade of Homes Show in 2002, 2006, 2008 and 2013. The Summit and Farmington are both sold out with approximately 275 homes built out.

This 11-property auction was conducted for houses as well as lots in Goshen, Elkhart and Warsaw Indiana and saw a number of bidders for the no-reserve auction

This auction was conducted for a White Pigeon, MI commercial real estate as well as personal property in cooperation with Ryan Gableman, commercial broker for NAI Cressy.

When Brad purchased and began to develop The Summit development in Middlebury, Indiana he became involved in the tree and nursery business and struck up a very long working relationship with Dogwood Hills Tree Farm and did an Annual Middlebury Tree Auction in conjunction with Dogwood Hills Tree Farm in Middlebury, IN. This was a Spring Staple and a place for people to buy shade trees, ornamental trees, and conifers.

This auction was conducted for a Goshen, IN commercial building in a B-3 zoned area with city water and sewer connected.

This auction was conducted in cooperation with Roy Roelke a commercial broker for NAI Cressy. The 208 acre farm in South Bend near the Four Winds Casino is productive farmland and sold in one tract to one owner and is continuiting to be farmed.

There’s nothing quite like a good ole Estate Sale. Chuck Tayler was a neighbor and friend and had a very unique property that we sold privately to a neighbor for the estate. This left us a fun auction of woodworking equipment, home-made wood pieces, antiques and more. This auction was a fun day and filled with memories!

Superior Sample was a Ligonier, Indiana based company that was acquired by Forest River when the owner was ready for retirement. We conducted the auction to liquidate all of the commercial sewing and binding equipment as well as fixtures and other items accumulated over the 100,000+ sqft production space. This auction was on-site as well as online and buyers lived in multiple countries.

Steve Rumfelt was a well known fabricator and welder in Elkhart, Indiana and instrumental in the design and fabrication of a number of well known products for a series of companies. This auction was the contents of his shop and equipment.

This 8-property auction was conducted for houses as well as lots in Goshen, and Elkhart, Indiana for Ron Davidhizar. The Two-property auction below was for the same seller and a similar situation.

The Collins Trailer personal property and 1053 Middleton Run Rd Real Estate Auction were conducted in conjunction with Lori Snyder of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Commercial Division. This auction featured not only the Real Estate consisting of commercial buildings and land, but then also the former assets of Collins Trailer, Inc. The Real Estate sold to on-site bidders.

This 8-property auction was conducted for houses as well as lots in Goshen, and Elkhart, Indiana for two sellers. A number of these houses had demolition orders and we were able to keep them standing for new owners to buy, renovate, and then occupy, rent, or flip

Mike Vandermaas was the owner-operator of Troyer Welding and a well known fabricator and welder in Goshen, Indiana. This retirement auction was for the Real Estate as well as the equipment, personal property, and contents of his shop.

The auction of 10065 CR 24 in Middlebury, IN was conducted via Phone Bid format. This allowed bidders to place anonymous bids via a phone call to Auctioneer Craig Blough. This well situated and unique property sold for a whopping $950k.

This auction was for a single house in Goshen, Indiana. A great crowd showed up for the chance to own a house that had been framed in and had mechanicals complete - just ready for mud, paint, and the owners final touches.

In cooperation with the Town of Milford, Bartel & Company sold five properties within the town limits that had code violation and/or nonconformance issues. This allowed the homes to have new owners, get renovated, and occupied. Win for all.

This collection of 60-70 John Deere tractors was a collection of a number of years and was a great event for collectors, restoration folks, and John Deere enthusiasts. A number of parts, shop machines, antiques and tools were sold.
