Brad B. Hooley is the owner and founder of Bartel & Company Realtors/Auctioneers. Bartel & Company has been in the Auction and Real Estate sales and development business since 1985, successfully selling Real Estate of all types traditionally and at public auction including Farms, Land, Industrial Buildings, Office Buildings, Classic Car Collections, Investment Portfolios, Businesses, and Homes. Values of these properties range from below $100,000 to eight figures.  With over 400 years of cumulative experience on call, Bartel & Company has 20 independent contractor Auctioneers ready to help your auction be a success whether it’s a live, online, or phone bid auction.

Craig B. Blough is a Broker and Auctioneer at Bartel and Company, and the owner and founder of Bartel & Company of Michigan. Craig is a Certified General Appraiser Trainee with Williams Appraisal. He is a licensed and active Auctioneer, Broker, and Appraiser in Indiana and Michigan. Williams Appraisal is founded by Mark Williams, with over 40 years in the Appraisal business, Mark has taught a number of licensure classes and practiced as a Certified General all across the United States..

Both Craig and Brad are farmers and owners of farmland in Elkhart County, IN. They broker farm land leases for over 1000 acres of tillable land and renewable energy leases each year.

Brad B. Hooley is the founder and operator of the Hooley Classic Car Auctions Events. Brad is also the Founder and former owner of the Goshen Consignment Auctions. A Spring and Fall Event Auction, attracting over 4000 attendees. This Auction was sold as an on-going business to The Peddlers Auction Group in 2015.

Recent transactions brokered include a 50-acre site of the future NIPSCO Elkhart County Headquarters; a going-concern Feed Mill and Ag Services Business in Orland, Indiana known as Orland Elevator; and a portfolio of 125+ Elkhart County properties in a private transaction.

Brad B. Hooley is the Owner and Operator of the Hooley Classic Car Auctions. Annual events with nationwide exposure held spring and fall with over 100 cars at each auction, with cars priced between $5000 and $100,000 each.

Brad was the Developer and Manager of The Summit and Farmington Subdivisions in Middlebury, Indiana as well as the auctioneer that sold The Farm development. Both The Summit and Farmington projects are upscale neighborhoods with home prices between $400,000 and $1,200,000. The developments hosted the Elkhart County Builders Association Parade of Homes Show in 2002, 2006, 2008 and 2013. The Summit and Farmington are both sold out with approximately 275 homes built out.

Craig B. Blough is also a robotic specialist and project manager/facilities design manager for DeLaval, Inc. In this capacity, he has designed, installed, and oversaw success of over $100MM in new construction and retrofit construction of dairy farms implementing robotics in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio since 2013. In this capacity, he has worked with builders, developers, regulators, farmers, and utility companies throughout the building process. These industry-standard setting barns have led to special invitations to help design and refine the processes and building plans for the largest robotic farm globally.
